That idea had a fundamental problem with it – how would I make it so I wasn’t simply producing a crap and trivial video (because surely that’s all a porn film without sex is)? Directly recreating the porn scenes isn’t saying enough.

Going back to my original idea – disguising the porn as something of a higher cultural value than itself – filming the scenes in a studio setting. These are just some notes:

Video – audio, add another dimension, suggests its no ordinary photo shoot

Maybe show cameras and lights? (allude to backstage porn shoot like earlier ideas)
This might be complicating it – we’ll see.

LANGUAGE USED
Need to get the right words for the models to say. Haven’t decided yet, some basic ideas to start from:

-Dialogue from a porno
-My transcripts (ooooooo, ahhhhhhhh!)
-‘call me’ ads (problem with this could be that the video simply looks like a high class call ad itself if it is one female speaking to the camera.

There is an inherent language used in porn films, specific words that just wouldn’t really expect in this sort of setting
